Membership Care at Monarch Med NP

​Monarch Med NP is a membership-based practice built for access, affordability, sustainability, continuity, and results. Members receive personalized care with regular follow-ups, convenient telehealth or in-person appointments in Nevada, and direct support through secure portal messaging—so you’re never left guessing between visits.

Foundational Assessment (required to begin treatment)

All patients begin with a Foundational Assessment to ensure we build the right plan from day one.

$145  (labs not included)
Includes:

  • Initial consultation (45–60 minutes)
    A comprehensive review of your symptoms, health history, past treatment experiences, and goals… along with discussion of what labs or additional testing may be needed.

  • One follow-up visit (30–45 minutes)
    A dedicated review of your labs, education around what they mean, and creation of your initial treatment plan.

 

You will leave with clear next steps, clinical direction, and a better understanding of what may be contributing to how you feel.

 

Even if you decide not to continue into membership, the goal is for you to leave with clarity, not more confusion.

Unlimited portal messaging

  • Unlimited secure portal messages

  • Expected response time: within 48 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends)

Lab ordering + interpretation

  • Ordering of labs as clinically appropriate

  • Clear interpretation and education—what results mean and how they connect to symptoms

  • Ongoing monitoring to support safety and results

Treatment plan updates

  • Personalized protocols

  • Adjustments based on symptoms, goals, and lab findings over time

Medication management

  • Medication refills related to your plan

  • Dose changes and side effect support when appropriate

Prior authorizations (when necessary)

  • Prior authorizations submitted when required by insurance for covered medications/services (as applicable)

Progress tracking

  • Tracking of symptoms, goals, and key clinical markers

  • Weight and body metrics (when relevant), plus energy, sleep, mood, cravings, and other meaningful outcomes

 

Metabolic Reset (Included with Membership)

As part of your membership, you’ll also have access to our Metabolic Reset — a simple, supportive foundational framework designed to help your body respond better to treatment without adding overwhelm.

What this includes:

  • Bi-monthly symptom check-ins using a simple green / yellow / red system
    (so we can quickly see what’s working and where support is needed)

  • A monthly mini-lesson by email focused on one pillar of health at a time
    (sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, circadian rhythm, etc.)

  • Practical, realistic suggestions for integrating changes into real life;
    no tracking apps, no perfection, no “all-or-nothing” rules

What’s not included

Monarch Med NP is not a replacement for emergency care or full-scope primary care.

Membership does not include:

  • labs, imaging, or medication costs

  • annual physicals or routine primary care

  • urgent or emergency care

  • after-hours care

  • extensive administrative paperwork
